How to cook it

Three steps. That’s it.

Marinate

Coat 500 g chicken with the marinade pack. No waiting needed: go straight to the coating.

Dry, wet, dry

Dip in fry mix, then in fry-mix batter (fry mix + water), then in fry mix again. Press the last coat on firmly.

Fry and season

Fry on medium flame till golden and cooked through, then dust with the seasoning pack.

Questions

How much chicken does one kit make?
500 g of chicken, enough for 3 people. For 1 kg, use 2 kits.
Do I need to add flour, masala or salt?
No. Marinade, fry mix and seasoning are all in the box. You add chicken, water for the batter, and oil.
Do I need to rest the chicken after marinating?
No. Coat it with the marinade pack and go straight to the dry-wet-dry coating. There's no marinating time.
How do I stop the coating coming off?
Follow the dry-wet-dry order, press the final coat on firmly, and don't crowd the pan. Let each piece set for a minute before you turn it.
Does it work in an air fryer?
Yes. Brush or spray a little oil on the coated chicken and air-fry, turning once, till golden and cooked through.
What else can I make with it?
Fish, prawns, paneer, gobi, mushroom and baby corn all work with the same three steps as chicken.
How spicy is it?
Medium. Most of the kick is in the seasoning, so serve it on the side for kids.

Mdf date is 3.6.26 and expiry date is 5.3.27
How come your selling the product with poor QC or the expiry date is tampered
